Recently, Responsive organized a wellness visit to NAVIGATOR GAS COMPANY demonstrating its commitment to fostering a healthy and thriving workforce. The visit served as a regular collaboration meeting to discuss the HMO plan for Navigators’ land-based and sea-based workforce and introduce an innovative wellness fund program which aims to enhance employee health and productivity through the distribution of essential multivitamins and other preventive wellness measures to keep employees happy, healthy and productive. Distributing multivitamins not only demonstrates Navigator Services’ concern for the physical well-being of its employees but also highlights their commitment to preventive care and proactive health management.
